How to list one thing every day that was positive
It made me
Fulfilled 
"It makes me realize that even if my day totally sucks, at least there were good things that made it worth it :)"
How I did it: Some of my goals here at 43things aren't easy to achieve, so I decided to pick one that I was sure I would be able to handle! Now every night, before I sleep, I think of the best moments of my day and acknowledge how thankful I am for that.
