list one thing every day that was positive

- I got home early from running errands.
- I had sushi for dinner.

Several things:

- My bf helped decide what’s for lunch/dinner over the weekend, instead of me usually deciding everything :)
- I took my midterm today and I think it went pretty okay
- One of my midterms is postponed until next week

• Got confirmation that I passed question paper 1 of my diet & nutrition advisor course.
• Little sister treated me to a takeaway for dinner.

- I sunbathed a little because the weather was again sunny, warm, and lovely.
- I had the day off.
- I made the best grilled cheese sandwich of my life. It usually grills unevenly and ends up getting burnt. But today, it was perfect.

It doesn’t take much to make me smile.

The bf is over and that makes me happy because I don’t have to feel so alone.

• Finished question paper 1 of my diet & nutrition course.
• Caught up with Dr Who episodes.

I’ve decided to mark this goal as done but at the same time I’m leaving it open. It’s really helped me see the good things in each day but for now I need to concentrate on productivity rather than positivity. I’ll still post under this goal, but on a more irregular basis.

• Went swimming with my b/f. I do enjoy swimming, and I hadn’t been for ages, plus I’d wanted to go with my b/f for ages but we hadn’t… but now we have!
• Had a drink (Feel Good Orange & Mango) in pub after swimming.

- I worked a wedding for the first time in a week.
- Many of the wedding guests were English and had very cool accents.
- I sunbathed for a little while this afternoon.

• Did a bit of studying.
• Caught up with a few of my TV shows.
• Got the ironing out the way – I can have the day off tomorrow now, woohoo!
• Heard a new song on the radio that I liked.
