in August. For 5 weeks. Scared because i have never been to anywhere like that – only ever been to Italy as far as overseas travel goes. Oh and New Zealand. Needless to say, Vietnam is going to open my eyes up to a whole new world i think.

I went to Vietnam in 1999 to adopt my daughter. She is the LOVE of my life. There were 300 children in the orphange in Ho Chi Minh City…one more beautiful than the next. Please consider adoption from Vietnam!

totally totally luv the trip.
so many things to do, so many places to visit, so much to see, so much food to try, so many pretty things to buy.
but most of all, SO LITTLE TIME!

My mother is Vietnamese, so I was fortunate to visit Vietnam with her twice. There aren’t words to describe what an amazing experience this was. The people, the food, the land, everything is simply indescribable. If you ever have the opportunity to go, don’t dare pass it up.
