have better friends

ive lost most of my friends because theyve all changed so i need to meet more people more like me.

...and they aren’t that much fun. They don’t know how to live life and laugh and talk on the phone for hours and steal each other’s things like normal girlfriends would.

I only ever interact with them at lunch and between classes—by social necessity. Other than that, I am always alone.

Maybe it’s just that I’ve always been terrible at picking out the people I want to be friends with, but I never end up establishing good relationships with the people I want to get to know better. On top of all that, I never realized how special my out-of-state friends were until I had to move away.

This has reallyyy affected my outlook on life, and I’m ready to start changing my relationships with people for the better. =]

I’m emo, so at first when they found out i was, they were like your weird. Now their like doing EVERYTHING i do and saying I’m acting like them. Now it’s like I can’t be me no more.
