I have been doing this for almost 4 months and I have gained over an inch of height.

If you want a real method and a method that has been proven as FACT then follow the link.
I’m 22 and I have grown 1 1/2 in the last 3 1/2 months by following a new method that just came out.
I’m surprised it isn’t being talked about more actually. It was seen in the Washington Post.
This method is something the Chinese discovered and it is now making it’s way to the US.
I think you do need to eat right and take some vitamins etc, but this program has definitely helped me gain some height, it’s obvious.
Go to this link if you are serious about increasing your height.
Also, this is not free and there is no reason it should be.
There are other ebooks for stretches, etc. and anybody buying those shouldn’t, because you can get them all free.
This method is not, and the cost could definitely go up. It could also be taken off the market because of the way it was obtained. So I encourage anybody who is serious to check this out now.
