come to terms with my past

I feel that without really trying, this has just happened over time. My family and friends influenced me as I was growing up, and coming into adulthood, it seemed like I couldn’t escape that mold. I do my own thing so much more than just after I left home, and things seem to be returning to more of a status quo. I feel that I have come to terms with my past for the most part; now there are just specific details to work on, which are more to do with letting go in the present.
