A friend suggested I stop focusing on high protein / low carb and simply eat smaller portions and watch my caloric intake. Oh so true! Instead of feeling fine eating a huge protein-rich steak, or bacon and eggs, cheese or all the other “ok” foods, I simply chose to eat less. Oh, and increasing my water intake did wonders too! Exercise helps too, but I still have trouble getting motivated.

“Innsbrook’s Biggest Loser” but I did meet my goal of 10 pounds. Still my secret goal is really to be 128. One of my affirmations is “I look svelt and great at 128!” ha We’ll see. Would be nice to be a 6 – 8 again instead of an 8 – 10.
Down 3.2 lbs last week … inspired by my participation in the Innsbrook’s Biggest Loser contest. Can’t let my 4 teammates down, right? Posted goal: 10 lbs. Official personal goal: 14+ Got to lose the muffin roll and thunder thighs. Now 140 and counting.
Well i want to get back to my swimming weight which was between 138 and 145, but i’m not sure I have that much to lose anymore, (I just pray I lose ounces anymore
i try and try and i can not succeed. it is so hard for me. I work in a trailer factory all day and get home so tired. I just have no energy when i get home.
10lbs officially lost. i weighed myself yesterday and was down exactly 10lbs. i feel fantastic haha and will attempt losing 5 -10lbs more before this date.
well, i’ve been attempting to eat healthier and drink more water. i also have been doing 45 mins on the treadmill everyday which is a good start, at least i am up and moving. i’m going to try and come up with a better work out plan this week and change things up a bit. i definitely want to add in some strength training.
p.s. my face is blanked out because it was my birthday and well, i make odd faces when i’m tipsy.
