    atilamave is sleeping...

    mmm...  — 2 months ago

Well, three months ago I’ve left the only person in the entire world that can do something like this for me… so I have no hope to find anyone else that propose me… That make me unhappy.

I really want this, I desire this. That`s one of my dreams.

Everything was totally unexpected!  — 2 years ago

    Worth doing!

RoadwarriorX took me to my favorite restraunt for Christmas in 2000. The Triple Crown. It’s a nice sit down, elegant dining place with tablecloths and you dress nice and everything. I thought we were spending a nice romantic dinner together because at that time we were both working and I was still in my senior year at KSU. After dinner we decided to take a walk by the local waterfalls. The city lights them up every christmas and we hadn’t yet seen them that season, so we decided to walk to the gazebo and enjoy the view for awhile. While standing inside the gazebo, he gave me a really big, wonderful kiss and said, “I’ve been talking with your parents.” I said, “Oh yeah…..What about?” :> Now that didn’t tip me off because he gets along with my parents and both my father and him do the same thing. They are both into computers and are software engineers.

Now picture this, 9PM and dark with lit up waterfalls in the background. We’re in a gazebo with low lights. He just kissed me and suddenly he gets down on one knee, pops out this beautiful black velvet box, opens it and says, “Will you do me the honor of being my wife?”

    ...

    I whisper a choked yes….

Since I'm already married  — 2 years ago

I wish that it could have been something more than a plastic bag carelessly tossed at me. I was even holding out some sort of silly, romantic hope that maybe he might do it, even if it was a day before the wedding. Ah well…

I want that perfect proposal.. You know how it is in those old fashioned movies: you’re eating a beautifully romantic dinner at some glamorous restaurant. Afterwards, you’re standing on a balcony-you have to wind up on a balcony-and you’re making small talk about dinner. When you turn around, there he is, on bended knee with the lovely little box that contains your future.
