How I did it: 1st one in stretching. One leg in the air and fell on my shoulder. Then just stepped down a stepped I didn't realise was there - broke my sacrium. Broke ankle by not noticing a kerb and suffered a wedge fracture by having a seizure. Probably broke ribs by falling down stairs, but that's not confirmed (they don't xray ribs). I don't recommend it, but it's not the worst thing that's ever happened to me. Read how I did it…

How I did it: I never actually did it, but a close relative did. I noticed this goal on the front page one day and wanted to post to discourage the act of causing such serious injury to oneself by telling my relatives story. The only way I could do this was by adding the goal to my list. How I did it: i broke my knuckle, nose and my arm 3 times, the same one too, ive had a hairline, compound and greenstick fracture, i did the firs tand seccond roller blading, the third came the day after i was discharged for the seccond, the seccond break was the worst as my arm went completley in two and burst out of the skin, i had a full cast for a whole summer and it was hell. it itched all the time and i couldnt do anything with my friends. m… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Accidentally kicking a door. It was my little toe that got broken. Kind of lucky, I guess- I think it's the most harmless bone to break. The question "Can you write a bit more about how you did this?" is insanely dumb. NO, I CAN'T WRITE A BIT MORE ABOUT HOW I DID THIS. Read how I did it…

How I did it: I was playing German dodge ball in sixth grade. Linda Navé had the ball and, not unsurprisingly, was preparing to hit the clumsiest girl in the sixth grade (that would be me, for those not following closely). I backed away, stumbled over a rock or a piece of tanbark, fell backward and my left wrist slammed hard into the blacktop. At first it just felt numb. Then, after only a few seconds, it began to hurt a bit, then a bi… Read how I did it…

it was unitentional, i tripped over a video game chair and my toe got caught and it broke. It’s really easy to break it, it didnt hurt that bad, i just couldnt walk right for a few weeks. couldnt wear sneakers.
i wore high heeled clogs and twisted my ankle in a hole in the road where I was walking. ended up in a cute pink cast for 6 weeks and had a good time on crutches.
ive broken my foot lol, all i did was fall off my bike and it snapped my foot lol. you have more of a chance if you do it real fast, but that is easier said than done. does anybody have any good ideas to break some bones? im experimental with these things =p

nispertun is on spring break!
So after 23 years of never breaking a bone despite many falls from trees, car accidents, and crazy clumsy catastrophes, I managed to break my pinkie toe on an italian leather sofa. I ran right into the support when I was running to grab a pencil from my bag and cursed like a trucker. Two days later, it’s terribly swollen, black and blue, and I’m hobbling everywhere. So why do I say that this is worth doing? Well, somewhere in the back of my head, I’ve always been really rather afraid of breaking a bone; I thought it would be excruciatingly painful to a point that is impossible to deal with. And it’s really not that bad. I mean true, it’s just a toe, but still, it’s really just another pain… and that’s nothing to be afraid of.

Am I missing something here ??? Why would ANYONE want to break a bone ? I broke my foot and it was THE MOST PAINFUL thing EVER ! Even more painful than childbirth and having my wisdom teeth removed combined… and all that physiotherapy afterwards.
I totally agree with DLMKLSs comment…
I managed to break both my wrists in the same place…at the same time..when I crashed my boyfriend’s motorbike…:)

My fiance was playing football with a group from work and a friend of his tackled a co-worker…snapped his forearm….the bone was sticking out the side of his arm man!!!! When the paramedics arrive, they asked him if he wanted any medication for pain….the guy said no!!!! Ummmm….if my bone was sticking out of my damn arm I’d want ALL the pain medication the paramedic had in his tackle box!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I broke my wrist. At first it was numb, then it started to hurt. Then it hurt some more. Then I was whimpering like a puppy. The cast was on for six weeks. Even now, years later, when I try to rotate my wrist I hear a clicking noise.
I wouldn’t choose to do it again.
