How to find my abs
How I did it: I couldn't believe I bought an infomercial product, but after the first week, I knew P90X will work for me. And it did - they beat you up at first, but eventually you figure out how to 'bring it' and how to nail every move.
Lessons & tips: Try it. Keep pressing play. Eat six small meals a day - show your body you're a good hunter...

Dear other 9 quiet ‘find my abs’-doers,
As stated elsewhere, I’m on the Abs Diet now for four weeks. Just started the fifth week.
Doing tons of weights, cardio and eating more frequently than I ever have (less at a time of course).
I’m down 14 pounds, but probably need to lose anoter 10 before those evasive abs are going to pop out.
I have to say that all in all, its not that hard to get this done – it takes some discipline but not more than anyone can muster. It helps to motivate yourself in whatever ways work for you (like posting progres online or googling what a pound of fat looks like – yuck).
Still determined to find them ;-)

It’s a six week program to find your abs. I laughed when I first started reading it, but it’s working. So, I’m counting down the days. The holiday was a problem, so I may have to add a few days to my count down.
The book is called “the Abs Diet – The Six-Week Plan to Flatten Your Stomach and Keep You Lean for Life” by David Zinczenko, Editor-in-Chief for Men’s Health with Ted Spiker.
