I’ve been “fake” jump-roping (without the actual rope) this weekend since I was at Kevin’s house. On Friday, we competed to see who could go longer and I was surprised how long he was lasting so I stopped first. On Saturday, I did a WiiFit routine but I think I only jump-roped for a few seconds so I won’t quite count that. Today, I did it during at least three commercials (the last time for up to 130—but they aren’t as intense without the rope.) My calves have been sore since day one but not as badly.
Woo! I did a hundred!
