make a lamp

the most basic lamp ever, but it’s made. just with a cord kit and a lamp shade i made. i hung it from the ceiling so it actually has no real body.

i’m marking it done for now. cuz it’s technically done. but i’ll revisit this one day. actually, i really want to make a light box, but that’s another goal to be made another day.

i really wish i had time for this project. i saw some amazing chandeliers today. it’s amazing what you can do with light and glass.

i will find the time. it’s going to take a little while, though. maybe around the holidays.

for a crappy lamp that i already had in my kitchen. but the shade is kind of nice and it makes my crappy lamp look crappier. it makes me want to make my own lamp. it can’t look worse than the one sitting on my kitchen table now.

ive seen and found instructions on how to do it and supposedly its easy so id like to one day make my own lamp
