I guess when you want something really bad u forget that it’s just a want. I got to that point lots of times. However I keep reminding myself that I could live without it.

has helped me see that materialism is just a terrible curse on this country and responsible for more pain and suffering than people realize. I dont want to be one of those people who is unhappy because I dont have a new car or house. (I did just buy a new car however… for the need not for the status.) I feel much more comfortable with this and have stopped spending money on things that gave me a moments peace.
