eating a balanced meal everyday more and more.

I usualy include: A fruit, bread, protein, dairy.

I’ve been working out more and more in my Kung-fu class, but I also have a super high metabolism. I’m worried that I’ll lose weight. I have started to actually see ribs on my back in the mirror in the bathroom.

So, I’ve decided to take action. (I’m etremily afraid of losing weight)

I’ve started to drink a protien shake and breakfast shake every morning along with breakfast. (which is hard, I must say. But the task is do-able)

Since then, I have been feeling more alert and refreshed. (depending on how much sleep I get. 7 months ago
