How to get a Roomba by meowpurple

"I love our Roombas! Definitely for pet-owners with shedding pets."

How I did it: We finally decided to get a Roomba after some debating (and seeing some YouTube videos of kitties riding roombas). We decided to get 2 because we have 2 levels to our home (and so that they wouldn't be so lonely ^.^).

We went online and ordered it from the iRobot.com store.

They came a few days later and our house has never been cleaner!

We have 4 cats & a Siberian husky (who was shedding his summer coat at the time).  The roombas take care of vaccumming and its so nice that the floors are cleaner without me having to lug out the big vaccumm.  I have no problem spending 5-10mins a day cleaning out the Roombas!

Lessons & tips: Decide what you need from the roomba and how much you want it to do on one charge to pick the best roomba for you.

    My Roomba arrived a couple weeks ago, and it has already changed my life! The dog sheds constantly and I was feeling like a slave to his hair…or worse, I have at times given up and let fur balls accumulate because they’ll just show up after I clean the floors anyway. Well, I have had really clean, stress-free floors for 2 weeks and I love it!

    Silly to love an appliance I know, but I do:)

    I have hardwood floors… and two parrots. Roomba works tirelessly at picking up their seeds they throw on the floor all day.

    My grandma gave me hers because it was not working for her. I thought maybe it was cause she was just a n00b – but it turns out the roomba IS TOTALLY WORTHLESS – gotta put it on eBay now.
