I had lunch with a friend today. She is very observant and noticed that my cheeks were just a bit prominent. As of today I’ve shed seven lbs. and I’m still going strong. My boys motivate me too. I’ve set a goal of loosing 100 lbs by next year. I just saw my firstborn son get married this past weekend and I want to be healthy and feel my best for God, my self and family. With God’s help I am determined to do this. I’ve lost six lbs. so far and felt great for my son’s wedding. Making baby steps and keep on keeping on. 9 months ago
