http://knstudios.net.tc/"
How I did it: I started off by registering with a free host (Bravehost). I made images as contnt boxes and titles (and the banner). Used my HTML knowledge to code trhe index. CSS knowledge to code the Style Sheet. Put it all together, and kaboom! A useful site. Lessons & tips: Tip 1: CONTENT Resources: Bravehost (http://bravehost.com), Notepad, Adobe Photoshop CS3, MS Paint, TurboPad (search "Turbo Pad" on Google.

How I did it: I used Google Sites to make the site itself, and www.dot.tk to get a domain name. Make sure you are original, or people will take one look at your site and leave. Cool graphics help. The reason why I recommend Google Sites is because lots of people have Google accounts, and it gives you a lot personalization factors and choices. Read how I did it…

um.. too long to explain, but I’m just glad I could add another achieved goal to my list.
Learning website making was a long process and there was a lot of silly mistakes. It wasn’t really so much as “I have achieved it in …. many days”.. For me it was a learning process, and it wasn’t like I kept track of the very first day I learnt it up to now.
I wouldn’t say I’m a web expert now- just saying I have fulfilled this goal and I’m proud. ^
(Although 20 websites is probably not such a good idea xD )
OK, procrastinating again (dammit) but lets give a little history. ^
The first time I was searching Google how to make websites, I came across Webspawner and it.. uh…sucked. Well, I was clueless about how to make one. I still remember what I wanted my first website to be about, though.. I never ever told anyone this, but it was a Hilary Duff site- just coz I was jealous that somebody at school had a Hilary Duff site. Gosh, when I think back, I was kind of an idiot.. I tried to access the site using hilaryduff.com, (to think I’d try to access it using a TLD which is impossible for me to attain without credit cards) lol.
I was COMPLETELY lost with HTML code when I tried Bravenet.com.. But I remember trying www.zoomshare.com when I first started. It was simple, but it was kinda cool only because it accepted HTML.
OK. I never really thought about it before, but actually, now that I think of it, I’ve tried multiple web hosts. I don’t have a certain web host right now… I use ning.com, but that’s a social network ,so that’s different. I think the term website is a bit too general. It can be anything really… A forum, a chat page, a blog, a social network..I mean, sure, it’s not just a web page, but it’s still a site. I’ve come across php and mysql, but sadly, I don’t get any of it. I’m learning. ^^ Still learning. Maybe not a newbie, but still. I know I still have a lot to cover.
Oh no. This is long. Very long… WHYY??? I hate how the internet is such a big procrastination tool. Damn.
Radisauris is going to try to take care of alot of stuff today.
Ok I have to set a goal for myself. I need to make some kind of progress by next sunday. Anything.

I think I am the only person my age who probably doesn’t know how to do this:) But i am reading some books and asking people and i will figure it out. I guess i could let someone else make it for me but i want to do it myself.
kaden what are you doing today?
final steps here, closing stretch…of the development process, now to implement it and get going with my business
kaden what are you doing today?
I’m getting pretty close to completing this long time goal of mine. I first got an idea a little over a year ago, and have been on a long journey ever since trying to learn the skills i need, in order to develope the concept. Good luck to all you aspiring designers! this stuff can be nerve racking, depending on what you are trying to build i guess. But there is certainly a lot of software out there that can make the process much simpler, so be patient and keep your eyes peeled.
