freak outs, they happen still, and pretty often, but at least now I know when, and in some situations, why. The next step is to stop it completely. Like, maybe I could find something in me to calm myself down whenever I do freak out.

Anita is going to relax...
I stilll freak out pretty often, and I am trying to slow it down, but it’s kind of hard. I guess I could say that I don’t freak out as much as I usually do, but I still do it. I want to make it to where I can act calmly in any given situation. So, I’m going to continue working on this.

what exactly I’m freaking out about but maybe its being twenty, yeah, sure laugh. But its a big deal and I don’t want to grow up. I haven’t had enough experiences yet. Anyway, I have to stop/ get some assurance that having a 3.0 with an Economics degree and no math classes hasn’t completely screwed me over yet.

is to make sure I have outlets available to transfer “freak out” energy to. Going to the gym, dancing, chanting om mani padme hom, nam myoho renge kyo, practicing my mixing keeps my focused and (somewhat) calm.
