Go back to Barcelona

I want to go back to Barcelona and see my friends. I miss them! I miss the city!

i am watching the morning weather and news and i’m afraid that my flight will be delayed! i hope not. our backyard (in jersey) got flooded last night and one of our trees fell from the storm. but i’m all packed and ready to go – see you monday, america :)

omg i cant wait. icantwaiticantwaiticantwait! idk what im going to pack but monday and tuesday classes are going to be friggin hell. i need to get done the things that are due monday so i can relaxxxxxx. when i pack when my head isnt clear i end up forgetting important things.

Feb 2007 was when I went to Barcelona with my boyfriend and we loved it. I really felt at home there and I can’t wait to get back. The food, the atmosphere, the whole way of life is just something that I want to be a part of again.

even though I won’t be going to barcelona for my fall/winter internship, my friend and i booked our flights to see her sister in august!!! from the 8th-13th I will be there! i cant wait! our other friend is actually in england right now for summer and there is a small posibility that we’ll have a little reunion. i dont want to get my hopes up on the this but just the fact that i miss her so much and we’ll be so close i have to dream that dream, right?

love spain. love barcelona. if i had it my way, my internship in the fall would in in barcelona doing something WONDERFUL. i’m not giving up hope but i’m just trying to be realistic – it makes sense for me to get a coop in the states where i’d be most likely to get a permanent job post graduation.

luckily for me my best friend’s sister has an internship in barcelona this summer. at least i’ll definitely get to visit!!!! :o)
