I started Weight Watchers last week (I don’t attend the meetings and stuff, I just got myself the CD-ROM) and I already lost 3 pounds! I am v. v. happy with this. And it’s not even that hard to stick to your point budget.
As I work out twice a week (handball) and my home-bus station-school-bus station-home-way is like a 40min-walk every day, I can save up quite some extra points… You can use them to eat more (max. 12 points a week) or to support your weight loss.
I want to weigh 108 lbs again b/c that was the weight I felt most comfortable with. Hope this goes well! (:

I went from being heavier than I wanted to be to being one pound OVERWEIGHT.
My plan of action is too
-Do TurboJam evryday
-Jog 6 miles a week
-Drink ONLY water
-Cut out suar entirely
I think I can do it.

im challenging myself to do this
because its the lowest weight ive ever been
after puberty
and if i cant do it, ill tell my sister about this site
and the hours ive wasted on the internet
looking at anorexic stuff
getting tips and all that jazz
then she’ll probably tell my mom
and ill be in some big trouble…
