Here's what's going on...

Here I’m going to keep a list of goals that I have marked as done even though I plan to continue working further on them. I will update this list as often as I feel an urge to.
- improve my posture
- donate blood regularly
- volunteer
- spend more time with my family
- remember peoples’ names
- give something away every time i get something new
- stop thinking what I could or would say and actually say it
- daily reflect in a ‘one sentence’ journal
- compliment someone every day
- take a picture everyday (or at least 7 per week)
