    Here's what's going on... 1 month ago

    Here I’m going to keep a list of goals that I have marked as done even though I plan to continue working further on them. I will update this list as often as I feel an urge to.

    • improve my posture
    • donate blood regularly
    • volunteer
    • spend more time with my family
    • remember peoples’ names
    • give something away every time i get something new
    • stop thinking what I could or would say and actually say it
    Daily:
    • daily reflect in a ‘one sentence’ journal
    • compliment someone every day
    • take a picture everyday (or at least 7 per week)


    Some 2 months ago
    _ongoing_ things to start with -
    • Practice good oral hygiene – floss daily, brush teeth twice daily
    • Exercise regularly – run/cycle/swim/dance/skate 5-6 times a week
