Flossing properly now-
dry brushing to get rid of tartar
Still eating low carb for 2 meal a day.

Taking cod liver oil, vitamin d and Chromium

Made the flaxseed muffins

3. Declutter for 15 mins a day

Vacuumed room
Sorted out some paper work

4. Keep in better contact with friends I have and make new friends

WHAT I’VE LEARNED THESE PAST FEW WEEKS:

1. You can hold off a little and think about something before you say yes or no.

2. Attitude is the most important thing.

3. Was watching Jillian Michael’s show and she said to a lady what are you so afraid of. The unknown?! You’ve already been through hell and back so the unknown is nothing!
