With the same foundation. It was an amazing experience. There were highs and lows. The first one was four years ago and I didn’t write that much in my How I Did It entry from then. This one was harder physically – I was very sore from the yoga, my knee injury and sore wrist held me back, and I got a headcold which made a day and a half of it really hard. Two and a half days were silent, and I didn’t have trouble not talking but not thinking about talking was very difficult and distracting. But it was also wonderful. There was lovely sense of being alone and yet connected at the same time, and by the end there was such a contagious joy in us all. I’m really glad I did this. 4 months ago

I already go on meditation retreats regularly. However, I want to try longer, quieter, more focussed retreats to deepen my practice. 2 years ago
