Be a dog trainer

.. well at least not right now. I started the dog trainers course, but there`s just so much else going on in my life right now, I didn`t feel like I had much to give there. So I quit for now. Maybe I will try again later.

I might just have to admit that this wasn`t for me afterall. Where`s that “failed” option when you need it? I never wanted to do it full time or anything, I just thought being a dog trainer could be a fun hobby or something. But I went to the first weekend of the course, and was exhausted when I came home. There was just a lot of talking about not very interresting things, and some of the people there kept interrupting the lecturer every two minutes to tell stories about their own dogs, which I really felt was a total waste of my time. I think I`ll go next weekend too to give it one more try, but I might just quit if it doesn`t get more interresting. After all, there are no shortage of interresting things I can do with my spare time!

I`ve signed up for a dog-trainers course, it starts ocober 7th. Can`t wait!

I want to start training to be a dog trainer during 2005, and have my own dog obedience classes in 2006
