donate my organs (once i'm dead)

I am a 45 y/o male suffering from liver cyhrrosis and chronic hep C.
And I know that my days on earth are counted. Clock is ticking. So I’ve made the desission to donate my organs to other people who need it(if any will be suitable)

My name is Nelson Carrera 21yrs of age, male from IL. In the last couple months my life took a spin and in a way I have my life on a day by day in a matter of time if my news don’t get any better I would love to donate all my organs even my heart for anybody that might need to keep on living. Please if you wanna send me ur story I would more then happy to read it.

i dont care where it all goes as long as its used well and helps other people
