good thing I only said once a week... 1 day ago

I did core exercises Dec. 13th and Dec. 27th. I missed the week of christmas. It does not take long for your abs to go flabby again. I had a heck of a time this week doing a sit up. In November, I was doing well with my core exercises. Got to knuckle down and make ‘em hard again!

worked out last night 2 weeks ago

I’m glad I didn’t rush back to exercising after being sick. I was so wiped out I was almost too tired to drive home after working out. For some reason the instructor wanted us to be aware of our core and work it good before Christmas over indulgence. I’d like to go back tonight but I’m still tired!

got it in tonight! 1 month ago

What a tough work out but it felt great. I could feel my abs burning. Burn baby burn! I am wiped out now. Don’t really want supper. Just a bath and bed and relax a while before I sleep. I feel really good.

did great last week 1 month ago

I did core exercises 3x last week but this week, working late, a meeting and bad weather have interrupted my goal. I plan to do spinning tomorrow night. It’s not core exercises but a good workout nevertheless.

did core specific tonight 2 months ago

and boy am I wiped out. I lifted weights and did elliptical 4x last week. Saturday I focused on core. Today I did 30 minutes of spin and 30 minutes of kettlebell and medicine ball core workout. I have been aching the past week. Does it ever get any better? I finally got some lifting gloves because my hands got so sore. How do I know the difference between being sore and over doing it? If I’m up to it, tomorrow is yoga which is more core. I want to kiss this belly good bye even though the holidays are coming. Preventative medicine!

did twice this week 2 months ago

I did medicine ball for 30 minutes Monday and yoga an hour last night. My abs don’t feel sore but my neck sure is! I could use a heating pad. I have a feeling that if my neck wasn’t so sore I could feel the rest of the pain. Planning to take tonight off except for a little cardio for stress management. If I don’t do something, I will feel restless. I do hope the end result is worth the pain. I didn’t do any direct core classes last week due to pain issues. Moderation is such a delicate thing.

my abdomen is not flat 3 months ago

I’ve been doing some core exercises and beneath the fat and flab I feel tight muscles. I have done cardio and strength training regularly for 4 monthes. I was out of full time work 2 of those monthes. At first I lost down to 160 and now I’m up to 178! I’m not eating more! I don’t look like I’ve gained except in my stomach. People tell me I look like I’ve lost weight. My legs look very trim. My upper arms have a little flab but are firming up. My shoulders and neck feel solid. The last time I weighed that much I wore a size 16 but I am wearing a 12 easily. Is this muscle weight? I am going to get rid of this gut! Then I’m going to look fantastic! I looked up core exercises last night. I’m going to devote at least one day a week to core, one to arms and one to legs. Cardio I’ll do as many days as possible at least 30 minutes.Hello size 10!
