This seems to be a rhythm I can do, and will repeat next week. Who thought I´d ever find the time, motivation or willpower to make it to the gym 5x a week??
As for the reward, it´s even better than I thought it would be. Instead of going to my favorite 2nd hand place for serving bowls, I found them on the internet – for sale – from food guru Nigella!!! Can´t wait for them to arrive!!!
so all good for last week and I’ll hit the stores as a reward this weekend. Plan for this week:
Karate on Mon – check
Body Core on Tue – check
Plus 3 runs, likely Thu, Sat and Sun
Monday: Karate fit
Tuesday: Body core
Wednesday: Running
Thursday: Power Lunch
Saturday or Sunday: Running
Last week my muscles were so sore from Mo and Tue that I had to skip both running and Body Core, so no reward for last week – I’ll use it for this time!
I´m officially recovered, so time to get back on track. My plan for this week:
Monday – Karate fit
Tuesday – Power Lunch and Body Core
Wednesday – run
The rest of the week is off because of the long weekend. Now, as for the reward…visit to the 2nd hand store next week!
was easy: swimming, hiking, snorkeling, biking – vacation stuff.
This week I´m planning to attend all the classes I´ve signed up for which makes for 2 3/4 hours of excercise and go for a 20 min run.
The reward: well the first reward is that I´m onlz 2lb away from my target weight now, and the 2nd reward is my upcoming trip to Dallas! I would have gone anyway but I´m rewarding myself with excellent planning :)
and I rounded it out with looooooong walks over the weekend. The banana chocolate chip cake was my somewhat counterproductive reward.
This week it´s 4x gym!! At least 3×30+ min of running and 3x strength.
If I manage that I´ll treat myself to a nice eye cream this weekend.
with 4x at the gym and 3x abs, and decided against the water bottle in favor of some new lotion. Life is good when you smell like a satsuma orchard.
This week it’s gym on Mon, Tue and Thu as I have other plans for the rest of the week. Ran yesterday and my knees feel bad today, so let’s see what I can do.

My goal for next week:
Gym 3 times, with at least one 35 minute run doing 10 minute miles and at least 2 crunches sessions – the reward will be the prettiest water bottle I can find!
to think of a fitness goal for the week on Monday, as well as a reward for sticking to it!
For week #1, I’ll keep it simple. My goal is to hit the Y 3x this week, and run for at least 20 min each time. Reward will be some new herbal tea for my office drawer, and I’m not buying this unless I’ve achieved my goal!!
