I don’t need a diet to maintain a goal weight of 120. Just a daily workout and learn how to only eat when I’m hungry.

When I set this goal for myself (15 days ago) I weighed 134 pounds and I was a binge eater. Today I have been binge free for 15 days, I feel great, and I am at 128 pounds. I’m on my way to 120! ;D

I am on my way i think! Gym everyday, being careful of the food i eat, spring/bikini season coming up soon enough…..i can do this! Just need to keep it going once I do lose it all
