My next most-used app actually cost me a little $$....but was indeed well worth the $, and all the reviews were very very good…OmniFocus. This is sort of a inbox-type task listing software that allows you to assign contexts to your activities, and also to create “projects.” The look and feel is not fancy, but the functionality and usability is beyond anything else I have discovered, and I keep returning to this tool…because it works!
My menu says: Inbox, Projects, Contexts, Due Soon, Overdue, Flagged, and Search. What I liked best about this is I was able to assign my favorite contexts according to my mission statement:
Faith, Finances, Family, Health, Social Contributions, Personal Goals. Here I can list tasks with due dates and assign projects to each category. I can also record audio and attach photos to jazz it up. I like the added feature of tying things into a due date..so you can get reminded of your special task as often as you want!
I also added an Errands, and To Buy (my wish list) category.

Loving this app too…you can see all your goals in one list! I only wish the ability to cheer, write, and view other’s lists were enabled as well. Maybe in time?? Hint hint!

In my quest for multitasking, I will share a few apps here in this thread that I have found to be helpful in goal setting and everyday life!
Evernote
I love this app…with it I have my recipes organized, can clip from blogs, store pictures, tag and archive things, and share things all from my phone!
