i have to do this to feel better cuz my currently weight is a little too much.
kilos to lose and i will be a little happier…. have learnt not to set huge goals (e.g 10 kilos) but little ones and do it bit by bit….
I don’t know exactly what weight I am, as I haven’t weighed myself in a while and I’ve put on weight since I last did. Last time I weighed myself however, I found that I was 60.9kg. So,my main aim is just to lose 2 kg from what I weigh at the present time. This will, I figure, reduce the size of my thighs, hips and stomach. Hopefully, mostly my stomach because it is staring to resemble a 50 year old beer belly. I don’t drink a lot but I do eat a lot, that is my main problem and I probably exercise a lot less than I should!
Worth doing!
I haven’t been exercising for weeks now, cause I’ve been first travelling and then I was sick for a week or so. But somehow I managed to lose those kilos :) maybe travelling, walking a lot and not spending a great amount of time on snacks actually was key here.
The best aspect of this weight loss is that I feel sexier, ready for Spring and Summer (which we kinda already have here, it is so warm, mmmhhh), ready for the sun and the sea, which I love.
I feel sexier for my sweetheart too, which really makes me happy! I love being beautiful in my boyfriend’s eyes…
well im 58 kgs and i really want to be 55, the weight jsut stays the same, no matter wat i eat, and if i excersize i seem to weigh more. maybe im building muscle?/ i dunno, its not easy!!
Worth doing!
In spite of all the stuff I eat :-P I am doing well on this.
The thing is: when I added this goal I was 62 kilos. Then, all of a sudden, a couple of days later, I was 63, and some days after that I was 64!! Now THAT was a shock, I must tell you :-D So my goal was to lose 4 kilos now, but I left it like that, because I did not want to panic.
So I am 62 again now, and I am starting to see my abs again, yay! I’m gonna keep exercising regularly and see what happens in the next weeks. Hopefully I’ll start getting closer to my initial goal and finally I’ll make it to those 60 kilos.
Worth doing!
but not so well with eating. I’m eating so much! >:-/
Worth doing!
this is an old story in my life: every year I gain about 2 kilos during autumn and winter, so when spring and summer arrive (btw, my favorite seasons) I feel somewhat uncomfortable wearing lighter clothes and showing that little weight I gained.
I get the extra weight from 2 things:
1. I neglect sports,
2. I eat too many sweets and in general unnecessary yummy stuff while working (and the worst thing is that I work at a desk, so I don’t move that much and have plenty of excuses to eat when I am frustrated with work!).
Of course 2 kilos is not that terrible, I know, but I like being fit, especially in the summer when I love going to the beach or the swimming pool.
So here is the plan:
1. exercise more
(a. I have just started again my usual aerobics and exercise courses at the university, yay!, b. go swimming with the lifeguard team again!! c. use my bike more often)
2. eat more consciously, not just get something every time I feel anxious or stressed out
Worth doing!
I found it was really easy to lose the weight while on holiday. it was hot and i was constantly busy doing things. keeping busy really helped me not to eat too much…
