Been eating porridge for breakfast everyday for a few weeks now, going to try and eat a bigger breakfast with more fruit in it tho yum.
How to eat a healthy breakfast everyday
How I did it: I quit eating unhealthy breakfasts. In the past I either skipped breakfast or had fast food on the way to work. I just got into the habit of having something easy (cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc.) always available at home.

I can’t remember the last time I missed breakfast now, and I can honestly say they’ve always been something relatively healthy. I’ve kind of fallen into a fruit and yogurt or fruit and cereal routine for the past few months, with the occasional breakfast eaten out to include eggs, etc.

Going to start by just committing to eating a healthy breakfast every day. The first step is to go get some groceries for the week ahead. :)
my breakfast routine sucks big time..i can go hungry fer like 8 hrs straight after i wake up but i know its not good..so i m gonna work on gettin up early and having a nice healthy breakfast..
Breakfast is by far my favourite meal of the day. Most days I have porridge with either raspberries or blueberries. It usually keeps me going until lunch. I also have a cup of green tea. If I don’t do that, then it’s brown bread toast with a banana, and another piece of fruit. At wkends I skip breakfast, I must admit, because I get up so late, but I think that’s excusable.
