appreciate what others have done for me lately

• The support and understanding that S gives me because she knows how the next few weeks are going to be for me.
• My back neighbour for giving me a wee present for allowing them to come through my garden so they could remove their garden waste. (They live in a terrace) There was really no need but it was a lovely thought.
• The former him indoors for staying in my house today while I was working to await big one’s school dance dress being delivered and for clearing things away while he was there.
• The former him indoors coming down to rescue us when tonight all the lights fused and it was very very dark.

• T bringing my car home from its MOT at the garage (where she works), so it was on the driveway once I’d crawled home from work this evening.
• Customers who make me giggle.

• My boss for paying for me to go on an overnight shopping trip to Glasgow.
• My friend E for taking the smalls this weekend so that I can go on said trip.
• My friend C who is going to look after the beast for me this weekend.

Indah and I went to feed the ducks down at the local park today, we go weekly with the bread scraps and she love it and so do I, but today she turned and huged me when we had finished feeding them and said “I love the ducks like I love you Mummy” how could I not feel appreciation for those words and that hug.
It was the best….I huged her back and told her Thank You, I Love you to.

• C making us sandwiches for our stint at the table top sale.
• Friends online to chat with and share a glass of cyber wine with.
• The few people who did stop by my stall and purchase something.
• The parking gods being on my side.
• D and N lending me and C a clothes rail for the sale.
• The neighbours actually not parking right opposite my drive for once.

and I would like to THANK all of the 43thingers that have supported, encouraged, shared wisdom and held out their heart to me.
I really do appreciate you all and all that you have given me.
It has helped and I am feeling stronger in knowing that all over the world there are beautiful inspiring and caring people.

• My boss got me the info I needed and have been asking about for weeks.
• The small peoples Daddy bringing fireworks to the house for his birthday tea.
• Everyone liking the new recipe wee one and I tried out to make her Daddy’s birthday cake.
• For the tickets the small’s Daddy got us to go see Eddie Izzard last night.

• One of wee one’s best friend’s big sisters is going to babysit for her while we go see the devine Eddie Izzard.
• The small’s Dad took their school uniforms and washed and ironed them while I took the smalls shopping for his birthday present.
• The smalls getting the giggles with me so they were no longer scared about having to drive through the floods we’ve been having up here.

• the small people’s Daddy got him, big one and I tickets to see Eddie Izzard for next week. However childcare for wee one has been left to me to organize (let me just magically click my fingers now) The show is on a school night so getting someone to stay late even if we could find them would be difficult. However I text a friend tonight to ask if she knew of any babysitters and she has offered to have wee one to stay for that night if I’m stuggling. I could kiss her, it had got to the point this evening that it looked like I would be staying at home and missing the show.

• Some friends are having a Halloween party on saturday and they came in for a drink while I was working last night. I’m grateful for how they made me feel so included.

• My lovely friend C has lent me a fabulous corset for the party on saturday. Watch out boys!

• being told I’m beautiful when lately I’ve been far from it.
• being told I’m loved by friends.
• being cuddled when I really needed a big cuddle.
