Dear 43 Things Users,

10 years after introducing 43 Things to the world, we have decided we have met our last goal: completing the incredible experience that has been 43 Things. Please join us in giving one last cheer to all the folks who have shared their goals with the world, as well as all the people who have worked at The Robot Co-op to build this incredible website. We won a Webby Award, published a book, and brought happiness to a lot of people.

Starting today, 43 Things users can export their goals and entries from the site. Starting August 15, we will make the site “read only”. 43 Things users will still be able to view the site and export their content, but we won’t be taking any new content from users. We hope to leave the site up for folks to see and download their content until the end of the year. Ending on New Year’s Eve takes us full circle.

It has been a long ride (one of our original goals was to "build a company that lasts at least 2 years” - we beat that one!) While we wish the site could live on, it has suffered from a number of challenges - changes in how people use the site, the advertising industry, and how search engines view the site. We wish the outcome was different – but we’ve always been realistic about when our goals are met and when they aren't.

As of today, you will be able to download your goals and entries. See more about that on the FAQ page. Thanks for 10 great years of goal-setting and achieving.

GlambabieLeinenkugel's Summer Shandy

Lowe ABV, 4.2%, but very tasty and refreshing. Loved the lemonade flavor. 17 months ago

1. blue moon – like the orange sweet flavor but i’ve been drinking it so much i’m getting tired of it.
2. miller light – a classic goto.
3. hoegaarden – bit too strong and spicy for me
4-6.angry orchard – crisp apple, ginger and the other one
7. woodchuck hard cider – alex thinks this tastes horrible, but i liked it. 22 months ago

GlambabieDogfish Head Punkin Ale

Very tasty, spicy, a touch of pumpkin and to me it had a nutty taste. Might have been the nutmeg? A lovely caramel color and sa lovely, sweet beer to drink this time to year. 2 years ago

GlambabieConey Island Freaktoberfest

Such a pretty color pink! Hehe brought out a girly smile :)
It tasted amazing too. VERY hoppy, floral and a bit bitter. I would drink this again anytime. 2 years ago

GlambabieBlue Moon Harvest Moon Pumpkin

Whenever the fall rolls around I love trying all the seasonal brews I can. This is very good, not to heavy and just the right amount of spice and pumpkin flavor. 2 years ago

GlambabieGordon Biersch FestBier

GlambabiePrickly Passion

So as you can tell I am a New Belgium junkie haha ;)
This was on tap at a local Bier Garden and it was simply lovely. Fruity and very sippable. It is part of their “Lips of Faith” beer series. I would like to try them all! 2 years ago

GlambabieSnow Day

New Belgium has done it again! I love everything I taste by them. This is a very hearty seasonal Winter Ale. Very strong and earthy, soooo smooth though! 2 years ago

GlambabieFat Tire

My new favorite beer!! Tried it in bottle and on tap and it is just excellent!
Very crisp and malty. I love the New Belgium Brewing Co. 2 years ago

GlambabieBlue Moon

This is one of my favorite beers. I love that it is always served with an orange slice to compliment the orange peel that the beer is made with. Soooo good :) 3 years ago
