    Both aspects are going a lot better 1 week ago

    since I added my weight loss goal. It’s easier to remember to track several things at once, plus I’m trying to drink water or herbal tea instead of eating a snack when I’m a just a little hungry. It usually works! I’m not feeling parched as often, though I am still surprised that after 8 glasses I could still feel thirsty yesterday. I must have had something really salty.

    Have noticed a difference 1 month ago

    so far. I am far less parched in the evenings. My voice is feeling better at work. I would like to work up to 5-6-7-8 cups of water a day as right now I am hovering right in the 3-4 cup range. The tracking has been at about 50%. It’s pretty easy to let the days slip away!! But at least having this goal up is making me more mindful about drinking. It’s a start.

    Did well last week 1 month ago

    I did pretty well last week, but I did not this weekend, and I’m feeling it tonight. My throat is parched. My head hurts a little bit. Will continue to work on it this week.
