live in washington state

selling everything on craigslist the last couple days.
i head out saturday morning.
but i am considering leaving friday night to get a head start.
i wanna do some sight seeing on my trip.

the 2 bedroom apartment i was going to take over lease on fell through.
they are not a pet friendly apartment building.
i had been in contact with the manager of westminster for awhile now and i got my app in and i am crossing my fingers that the apartment that was for lease has not been taken yet.
i have not heard back since monday, so i sent an email today.
i really want to live in this building!
if not, i still have been looking into other places.

i called and had all of my utilities scheduled for shut off on march 31st.

i need to see about getting the heat/ac fixed in my car still.
it’s hard to find a place that will fix while i wait.
i may just have to settle.

i have 56 hours of work left.

i have been donating to goodwill like no one’s business.
i need to actually start selling some items on craigslist.
it would be nice to get some money back on my belongings.
just need to take the time for pictures.

i managed to secure a nice couch on craiglist in spokane for when i get move in.
i offered $100 more for them to hold it.
i am pretty happy about that.

i couldn’t help myself today.
i bought 6 new articles of clothing.
that means i need to get rid of at least 6 more pieces of clothing before i move.

everything is falling into place just the way i had hoped.
financially, i am 110% ready for this move.
that’s what i was most worried about.
i pretty much have my job lined up,
i just need to stay in contact a little more with the company.
i have not called them in a week.
i will do this again tomorrow.
i might have found a residence already.
i found someone that needs to find someone to take over his lease at his 2 bedroom apartment.
it’s affordable and in a nice neighborhood.
he is supposed to email pictures this weekend and find out for sure about their pet policy.
pet policy is the real deal breaker.
i got my car tuned up, tires rotated, a cracked belt changed.
i also bought a gps unit.
have my triple a.
got taxes filed and paid.
just waiting those remaining 15 work days to pass.

filed my taxes, and got a new pre-paid cellphone with a spokane, washington phone number.
the only thing holding me back now is getting my car tuned up before this long drive.
i have been contacting apartment complexes, but most suggest i contact them back in march for new openings for april.

i set my move date finally.
march 29th i am moving to washington.
it will be a long trip….
but i think it will be worth it. :)

2 – 3 months until this goal will be achieved!

i’m counting the days until i can move to washington….

i’ve been looking online at ads for rentals in spokane.
i compare their locations to where i will likely be working (a company that closed stores in oklahoma, but still are in business in other states).
i think this will be very useful for me when i decide which store to work at and where to live.
i want to live within 3 miles of work.
preferrably less than 2 miles.
i like to bicycle sometimes, and a short distance would be helpful.
i want to make this a weekly activity, so i don’t fall behind and will be ready when the time comes.

i have watched 3 movies filmed in spokane.
totally beautiful.

i’m still arranging a binder dedicated to everything spokane related.
this should help a lot when i decide to make the 24-hour drive there.

i work with a guy that is moving to olympia next week.
i am very jealous.

i have been doing a lot of research on spokane, washington.
i think its the place for me.

so i’ve been printing up countless sheets of information on washington lately.
i am determined.
