    Well, I think this weight is pretty thin for me, but I’m working on it still. Seems like I’ve gone the other way in the past six months, with masters loomin, and working 10-12 hour days. I’m just too exhausted to exercise. Oh well trolley run this weekend, and masters defense tomorrow. what a weight off my mind! I’m about 126 now, so I think I’ll shoot for 120 this summer.Getting it off is the hard part, once you get there it’s easier to just maintain if you don’t get greedy. I need to eat out less…it’s so easy to get more cals than i need!

    I used to weigh more, but I have lost weight. A big part is my new job, which leads me to get up early, and not much time for lunch, plus moving around a lot. I think I just stop eating when I am full now, I’m more in tune with that. I want to gain 5lbs of muscle, but lose five lbs. of fat. so if that happens, I don’t mind staying at 116. I have joined a gym and go a few times a week, so that is a good start. I’m trying to reduce carbs by 1/2.

    I just got a heart rate monitor, so that should help me stay on track as well. :)
