get back to doing this as regularly as i used to but i think its time it left my list
its great and i learned alot but there are other things i want to learn now :)

i started a new yoga class tonight and im feeling all cheery and zingy with positive vibes
partly because of the exercise and partly because i did pretty well :D
and that makes me happy cause im silly and competetive like that ;D
i did spend most of the final meditation thinking about what chocolate bar i wanted to buy on the way home… but no one needs to know about that :P

i haven’t done anything about it since new year… at least!
occasionally ive remembered and tryed to do a little meditation on the bus but it does make me feel silly and im sure people have thought ive been having a panic attack of some kind? why else would you deep breath on public transport
but theres been no yoga at all, my shoulders are so crunchy :S
so, in the next few weeks im going to try my best! my art classes will be over [its the last one tomorrow night :,(] and i’ll have spare time
there should be plenty in my area… its that sort of area :D
i might even try something new, like tai chi?

i did 20 minutes working on my sacral chakra, its my favourite one (dont laugh!) its the centre of creativity and sexuality and youre supposed to visualise a bright orange light, lovely.
its put my in such a good mood :D
i acctually skipped, yes skipped walking home today.
thats why i should do it everyday

but i bet my life i wont get round to doing any today
i can feel all my muscles starting to seize up again, its getting harder to touch the floor :(
