I’m ready to release the weight and allow my body to find its ideal weight.
I will start tomorrow, of course. I’ve joined WW Online, and my daily point allowance is 21 points.
My first goal is to eat 21 points, no more, no less.
How I did it: My sister was on it and said she was loosing weight-so I went on it with her. I stayed at her house for 2 weeks and we lost more weight together than we did when we were seperate. It took motivation but was not that hard-I still got to eat my french fries and chocolate occasionally so I was not completely deprived!

I tried it on Fatsecret, and honestly, I don’t get the appeal of that site. My awesome mom signed me up for the actual website for weight watchers and that has made all of the difference.
I think that weight watchers is a good program and that i’ve learned a lot about eating properly but now I dont think counting points will get me there, I just need to make smarter choices.
I know this program works for me, as it has before, and now I am ready to do it again. Woo hoo!
wow. just found another good food for wwatchers or anyone needing to find a ‘chocolate fix’ that fits in with a new kind of ‘healthy’ lifestyle…. so.. i took a fat free, sugar free yogurt, and added a packet of diet swiss miss. i mixed it up until it was totally creamy. and it was delicious—- somewhere in between chocolate pudding and chocolate ice cream. have mercy. i can’t believe it when i find tricks like that. the fried banana with cool whip, and re-creating chocolate ice cream. my Lord. my Lord.
so. some things leaders said: at first you make your habits, but then your habits make you.
hmm. another thing a leader said, was—your thoughts make your words, your words make your actions, your actions, make your habits.
one also said something about adding vinegar to fat free mayo to make it taste good.

total 38 pounds gone. was surprised by my loss this week of 2.4 pounds. exercise is really working. today my friend taught me a great way to make collard greens cause i was in need of a new vegetable. collard greens, okra, spinach, olive oil, an italian pepper, a small hot pepper, 2 buillon cubes, chopped red onion, baked chicken thighs. all thrown in together and cooked on top the stove. soo delicious. i am discovering so many new foods.

and, i lost 2.2 more pounds for a grand total of 35.6 gone from this process.
