TajLVI gave up on this goal
three years ago and substituted go to bed earlier for it. The idea was to cut back on consumption after 8pm, when I tended to over-indulge. Now, this goal is back in conjunction with lower my sodium intake.
As a first step, I’m taking control of snacking by using snack bags, dividing up things like nuts and cheese into “sodium-accounted for” portions. Need to get some small containers for cottage cheese and other refrigerated items, too. It’s a start. 1 year ago
