How I did it: Everyone is different, this is very true...but if you look close enough and dig down deep enough you will also realize that everyone is very similar. I don't mean similar as in, eye color or hair or style, I mean feelings. I am not a people person at all so for this reason I though it would be hard for me, but even after a day of talking with different people it came quite naturally to me. There are good sides to people and of course there are bad sides, or flaws. Woman put on foundation to cover their pimples, wrinkles and discoloration, same reason some people are rude, to cover up thier flaws or problems in life, same reason with liars, whores, murderers and even people who smile ALL THE TIME...its a cover up. Everyone in life is batteling there own war...so be kind and don't judge people before getting to talk with them and hear thier story; it makes you a great person. Read how I did it… 3 years ago

.. for which I must thank a 43T-er: thank you, Goodwolve :) (I have no cheers available at present but I’ll remember later when I do have some, that one belongs to you.)
Once again, this is something I do all the time. But sometimes it can appear to others that I’m being judgmental (or just plain nosey!).
Essentially, my desire is to see through the other’s eyes: to see what they see, to understand their world view; their motivations; their passions. It is driven by curiosity and a desire to accept others for what they are – and to help, support or encourage if that is what they want.
Herein lies the reminder to myself: help, support or encouragement can be offered because that is what someone wants, but not because I want to offer it or because I think that they need it3 years ago
