Holy crap. Now, I walked for almost 2 hours, too…and I moved some furniture, did a bunch of really hard homework, started NaNoWriMo with the Stockholm NaNo kick-off party…and it’s Halloween. And I am PMSing, I think. Holy crap. I say that a lot, but it applies. I feel SO EXHAUSTED! OH! And I’ve been doing this “EFT tapping” thing, and doing it for an hour a day, every day…and I am working on my life story every day (just started that practice again after a many- months-long hiatus)...I am TIRED. I need to SLEEP. But I need to fill in my själavakten first, set my alarm for early tomorrow, etc. etc. etc…long life ahead of me, it feels like. I should probably cut down on some things, but…I like the chaos, in a way.
I MET MY NANO GOALS TODAY!!! WOO HOOOOOO! GO ME!

I ate a ridiculous amount of sugar and fat today, but my protein got a lot better as well…TONS better, in fact…and I ate some vegetables, some fish, and some fruit. Not ONLY fruit candies and soda, which is good. I need to cut down the sugars again, but I AM getting lots and lots healthier, and this has helped my eating disorder IMMENSELY!!!!!

not exactly nutritionally sound. At all. But not so many calories, either! Okay for one day, I guess? I am making a vegetable stir fry right now, to get at least some vitamins into my stomach by the end of the day!!!

I overate by like 130 or so calories today. Whoops! But today was an extremely hard day, so that isn’t too bad. And I under-ate for a few days in a row, so I’m good.

Today, so far, so good. I am even using the step-counter (for my walks), as well as the water-glasses-per-day application.
Doing much better than I thought I would be, though I eat an ALARMING amount of oil and fats. Alarming. Something needs to be done about that, like, now, before my heart explodes. Or at least I could switch to olive oil or something, because, seriously…I scare myself. The app keeps telling me, “You have consumed 145% of the amount of fat you are supposed to consume in one day by 3 p.m.” Holy crap. I need to change my eating habits!!!
