meet more people like me

It was only last week when I dreamed about finding people like me. I do have friends who I have something in common with, but as far as true soulmates or BFFs come, not even close. It’s kind of sad to notice that nobody completely understands you when you tell them about you and your dreams. I’m not sure if it’s even possible to find people who are very similar. I understand no one’s exactly like me, that’s not what I even want, but it would be a tad bit easier to live knowing that there’s someone who understands you and has the same goals and values as you.

On my cruise last week I met a bunch of people that were so much like me. We all wished we’d met earlier in the cruise. We did all hang out together the final couple of days.
There really are people like me out there!!

I live in very conservative Utah (from New York state originally) and as a major extrovert, am married to a major introvert! HELP! ;-)

Where are you guys???

My fiance and I are just alike. Its harder to find something we both don’t agree with than the opposite. Sometimes two who are alike stay together!

Of course we always find people who are a lot like us but we never find anyone who believes in what we believe 100%.
I think it would be neat to find that person that is just like me.

I feel like no one in my school is into the same stuff i am. theres no one who is into underground music. no one respects art. no one who cares about politics. no one who trys to be different, but is so caught up with mainstream. i want someone to go to a show with, or go to a museum with, or just hang out with. all my friends are bored by my music, have no taste in art, and want to do what everyone else is doing. IM BORED. I NEED SOMEONE THATS LIKE ME! I guess I will find someone soon.

i love my current friends, but we’re so different. my younger friends only care about guys. older friends only care about their careers. and friends my age just want to party. none of them are like me!

A lot of my friends are mostly just into drugs and drinking and nothing really else productive, I’m not into all that stuff so I think I need some friends who have some more substance in their lives.
