For breakfast, I’m having 1/2c. vanilla soy milk (the last of the jug, after this, it’s fat free soy milk), 1c. Special K Cinnamon Pecan (yummers), 1 fat-free Yoplait yogurt, and a banana. Plus an FRS energy drink (negligible calories) and 8oz. of V8 Fusion juice.
