I will do crunches but 500 is too much for me on top of my regular schedule 8 months ago

I work out 4-5 times a week and work 10-12 hour days with everything else, it’s too much and I don’t need to do it to maintain my physique with my regular schedule but 50-100 a day with regular exercise and a healthy diet is very good.

i just get lazy, and im like…i can do it tomorrow morning, until morning is actuall 12 pm.

doing 500 crunches in one day 1 year ago

Did 500 crunches in a day over a one hour period. Did them in sets of 25 reps.

I think its a good idea to do some back exercises. i started to feel some back pains, probably related to the exordiant amount of ab work. To compensate I started doing back exercises there was little pain in my back area after that. I only did 500 crunches for maybe 4 days consecutive, probably around seven days out of 10 days. not sure if its the best way to trim ones waist line.

On and off doing 500 crunches. Me personally, i need to do some back exercises otherwise i get some severe back aches the next day. I dont think you’ll get a flat stomach just by doing crunches though, i still have a flab layer around my belly.

Have been doing 500 crunches for the past 4 days consecutively, i cant recommend this too much (unless your use to doing crunches).

The layer of my skin around my belly gets pritty sore after doing the exercise, i’ve been massaging this area after i did my 500.

Cant see much change yet, i still weight the same and i still have the fatty layer around my belly button…

It was pritty hard going but managed to do 500 crunches (sets of 25). My stomach was a bit sore at the beginning and it’s a bit more painful than yesterday. Cant see any dramtic changes yet…..

Sept 3- 500 sets

Tried it first day..takes a bit of time, doing sets of 25 at the moment. Probably took an hour in total, listening to radio and taking breaks in between.

Should note i kind of cheating and did a bit of leg lifts and sit-ups on the way to my 500 sets.

hello everyone im 14 and i weigh 51kg and i am about 172cm tall i have always wanted a six pack but i don’t know what exercises i should do can anyone help me?

well. i started doing 500 crunches this morning. i figure ill do 50 crunches every half hour. im pretty skinny, so prolly after a couple weeks ill have a nice six pac. lol
