The new goals are getting attention 6 days ago

but the older ones are not… And I don’t think that was what I had intended – I thought I’d be able to do both.

It won’t be my best month ever, not by a longshot, but there will be some things accomplished & more importantly, some things behind me.

    8 days.... 6 days ago

    and so much to do!

    Untitled 6 days ago

Had a small win in the Premium Bonds. I have been doing exceedingly well on not spending any money. Mainly, by not carrying any!

Has been a challenge but it feels way better then wasting it.

Trying my hardest to write my personal statement for the uni application – it’s getting me down, feels like utter drivel. Seem to be distracting myself with watching reruns on BBCiplayer. I want to get it sent by the end of this month by the latest.

I went to a blood donor session the other day. I was turned down as my iron levels were a bit low. A clear sign I haven’t been eating properly. I need to eat better, I’ve lost weight but mainly by moving more and seem to skip meals. Not ideal, so for now will focus of making proper food choices. They will check again in 3 months.

Week of November 22-28: 1 week ago

Wow! Missed two weeks of updates!! But I think I made good progress on some of my goals in that time. Here’s to this coming week!

    1. Become a licensed acupuncturistMore money is now in the fund. I plan to grow it at a rate of $75 a month. I’ll begin studying when it gets to $150.
Daily pursue opportunities for additional income on ETC. jobs. Memorize two or three things from the pharmacoepia. Put $37.50 more in NCCAOM acct.

    2. Begin dancing again (get in shape, and go to one dance related event a month)
Stretches. Orthopedist appointment.See Rudy. Check out dance event calendar.

    3. Do what it takes to heal my knee (and other medical problems that may come up).Shoulder is still not progressing like I would like it to. Seeing the doctor this week to find out the next step. I gave up gluten and starches and feel really good everywhere else.
Eat healthy meals and take my supplements. Dr. appt. Stretches.

    4. Plan one big trip this year, preferably overseas, and 1-4 short trips.Going to Milwaukee on Sunday!I went to Milwaukee and had an amazing day with Julie and SweetMK!
    Brainstorm next trip.

    5. Begin and end all conversations on a positive note.Need to write UK friend back! And a note to a friend from here. This week I encouraged my team members to not vilify a person on another team..encouraged direct communication before drawing a negative conclusion about her.Send one note to a friend. Say positive things about people (including myself). Stay close to consistently positive people. Know that I’m a gift and that other people are gifts as well.

    6. Clear some financial wreckage, i.e. consolidate student loans, etc. and follow Debtproof living plan.Okay! I didn’t get the job I interviewed for, but I got a raise at my current one and we are getting better profit sharing on our paychecks. I still need to consolidate my student loans!!!
Keep up with Mint. Clear out a couple of things from the prosperity gua. Fill out consolidation app.

    7. Keep my home clean and beautiful.Better! I did all the kitchen missions, and will work on bathroom missions tomorrow. I had a friend over and wasn’t so bad.:)
Flylady/do routines as soon as I walk in the door.

    8. Seek help in finding peace with myself and my family, while staying close to my community.Still haven’t seen therapist, but have been working through my spiritual process, and feel like some of the load of guilt (the everything is my fault feeling) being lifted. A very important person helped me realize that my voluntary distancing from my family is the right choice for now, and as long as it feels that way. I’m very excited and happy that I’ll be having Thanksgiving Dinner at my dear friend D.’s house.
Practice EFT. Ask people to pray for me and my family relationships. 2-3 meetings. Make appt.

    9. Appreciate the opportunity to love, and find a lover who I truly love.Still flirting madly with someone and enjoying it immensely. Still practicing the ‘like grass’ philosophy as well.
Put some money in the new bed fund (feng shui). Prayer. Prayer. Prayer. EFT. Feng shui cure. Borrow book.

    10. Be on time for work. Leave an extra 15 minutes commute time.Part of my glowing job dialogue review was that I am usually on time.:)
Keep up with 15 minutes early.

    Guidelines
    Do the tough stuff first
    Stay close to my community
    Have fun!

    New Paradigm
With each step I take, I step into the divine flow of life. or clearing the wreckage and freeing my qi, all in the name of Truth and Beauty:)

    Major Focus
    Acupuncturist

    Vision for the week
I keep things simple and eat, healthy and healing foods, and I take loving care of myself.

Can’t believe it’s November 12th already. I’m getting nothing done…well, except No Shave November =)

01 – Figure out the rommie situation has taken over my life.
What a stress this has been on my life. I’ve gone back and forth, even went as far a put in my 30 day notice, but I think I may have found a potential roomie. He’s moving from Missouri (like I did), looking for a place to start fresh, attend Grad School. He’s supposed to coming to Portland next week, so I’ll get a chance to meet him. Yeah, it’s kinda strange sharing your apartment with strangers for awhile, but I’ve done it three times now, all working out just fine.

    02. Hang out with Derek and Julie.
    Well, I actually did this!

    03. Gym 8x. Mondays and Wednesdays, Preferably.
Zero. There’s a number for ya.

    04. Travel Somewhere. Hike?
Have a waterfall loop hike planned.

    05. $300 in cash for entertainment. Pay off CC.
Doing great with the cash system.

    06. Go to Coffeehouse NW on Thanksgiving. Take SA. Share the joy.
    Next Week.

    07. No Shave November!
    My beard is glorious.

    08. New large account at work…dominate it.
Not a great start, but working on it.

    09. Launch the website.
    Nowhere close.

    10. Finish a batch of 2010 calendars to sell at First Thursday.
    Nowhere close.

This month I plan to make progress on most of my BYY2010 goals but also I am focusing on 3 other things that take advantage of some time I have right now.

    My 3 areas :

    1) Make serious progress on decluttering
    2) Progress substantially on the DVD library project
    3) Develop a menu & recipe system that works for me & our family

Plus this month some of my BYY goals will have extra focus
    4) French driver’s license
    5) Daunting Project
    6) GTD Ninja (I need to make sure the good practices become second nature)
