never marry and never have kids

marriage or having children. I’m merely stating that I don’t feel the need for either.

I changed my mind (Or the way I think). I found a better way to tease my parents :P I still don’t see the point of having kids, but I’m not AGAINST having them…Maybe someday I’ll change my mind about having them….maybe not.

i’ve been reading more and more about people who choose not to have children, and i’m greatly considering getting a tubal ligation in a few years. in my mind, i don’t understand reproducing in an overpopulated world when there is the option to adopt. either way, i still highly doubt i’ll ever want to have children (i wiped my brothers’ poopy butts, brought them home from school, babysat them endlessly and made them meals.. that’s enough for me.)
and then in the case of marriage, i just don’t really see the point, unless as a couple you would like to raise a family. i also was not brought up in a religious household, so perhaps this is why I don’t feel the need for any sacred ceremony that would bond me with another person.
sometimes i kind of laugh, though, because i wonder how hard it is going to be to find a man who will be in a lasting & fulfilling relationship with me, but is okay with not marrying me or getting me pregnant…

i shouldn’t have a problem maintaining this; i’ve just never had the desire to do either of these.
