be a better man

Improve, Progress, Move Forward.

as an ongoing process, it may possibly never be attained. I guess everyone has their own definition of what a “better man” would be but for me its about displaying and having integrity, honor, faith, courage, hope, and being chivalrious.

I don’t always hit the mark on my goals but I’ll keep getting up and trying again and again and again.

I also think I am generally a good man, but I want to be a really good man. I try to convince myself that I am such a great guy, and in most cases, I am. But I want to be good in every facet of my life. I want to continue to be a good provider, but I want to be a better dad, a better coach, a better employee, and a better husband. I want to be a better partner to my wife, and a better friend as well.

There were times in my life I wasnt what I should have been. Now I try to make up for my mistakes and hurts. Sometimes I feel that nomatter how much good I do it doesnt equal the bad. My soul is still being tormented by past demons.

I am a good man, but I can always be better. I am a father of 3, and I work very hard to keep the things that I have. I am still not where I want to be, so I chalk that up to being a little content with my life as is. I am ready for a change.
