So. The thing is I really want to shed some more weight to reach the acceptable and healthy body mass index. And I’m trying not to be intimidated with mere number. Pfft. Twelve. Five and a half kilos.
And I’ll reach my goal in February 2009, because I started this wacky program last Feb. Just want to make it neat and even.
It’s not a big deal really.
I can do it.
What do you think? Am I pushing it too much or February is too loose of a deadline? Should I change it to December 31st ‘08? (ahaha…)

I am 30 and 5’6” 165lbs . In Highschool I was about 155 and I always wished I was smaller. You know, really I think I have more of an issue with the distribution of weight…its all on my hips and backside and I have a very small bust (A cup). So the more weight I lose the more flat chested I become. Its a no-win battle.

I need to loose 12-14 lbs in 4 days because Im trying to fight at 185lbs instead of 205lbs weight class. right now I am 198 and I’ve only lost 4lbs in 3 days doing the cardiac diet.

Surprisingly, I did this. I decided I would lose half a pound a week every week for two years. I haven’t been able to stick with it exactly, but suddenly, on week seven, I lost almost ten pounds in one week. I’m sure it’s water weight or something, but I am taking it.
This is just an intermediary goal, obviously.

I am 5’41/2 inchs.
I weighed this morning 132 lbs.
I about had a heart attack, most of my life I stayed at 123 lbs from high school though my 20;s. Now I am over 30, and feel like a cow. I have never had babies so thats not the reason.
The only way I can lose weight it to take this one drug that makes me lose my appetite then I can lose 5 lbs.
I am bored at home, so I eat. Help!

My doctor says to not lose heart about losing some weight. Because my thyroid levels have been low it’s caused me to gain weight. Sigh. But I also know I need to exercise more.
