How I did it: I designated specific times during the day to read, and even read in between breaks at work, during meals, or after a workout. I started by reading smaller books (200 or so pages) in the beginning. Books I knew that I could read easily and not be discouraged by.I also chose books of interest to me. The more interesting a topic is to you, the easier it will be to read. Once I was in the habit of reading, I designated a different book for each day of the week. I want to become a bookworm! Not because reading is culture but it expands our life horizons and is good to improve your language skills and imagination that I really need to improve for my college and work.
I have by far read three books and I plan to increase this goal as the year goes on. 18 months ago
