had loads of great days now. Hooray!
How I did it: i have recently changed my outlook on things. it has been a gradual process. i am grateful that i have a support system that encourages me when i need it. trust me, i have along way to go...its a constant growth pattern.

Still not managing this as best as I could do. I’m able to laugh at the stupid things that happen a lot more now, but still need to improve.

My decree absolute came though and it has taken a weight off my mind. I’m on day 4 of being calm today :o)

The first day was fine, second day stressed out totally.
Now I’ve found I can relax playing java games on the intermagoogle. Phew!
Now I’ve got to start to learn how to love life more. And chill out more than now.

I was going to make plans to do stuff yeserday but in the end stayed in and did thins I wanted to do in the house.
I wrote letters, I caught up with friends on livejournal, and sat in bed and relaxed.
Then I ate a lovely tea with my boyfriend in front of the tv with a glass of wine. :)

I should just remember to not take things so seriously, and to at least have a dozen moments of silliness everyday.

I could say that I’ve got a better handle on this one these days as opposed to when I first put this goal in. There is no doubt that I love life, but I still do need some reminding every so often that I should sit back, take things less seriously, and not be too hard on myself.
