make beef jerky

I love jerky! I’ve often thought of making it myself, but never had a dehydrator. Turns out, you don’t need one. Who knew?

but never got around to it. Somehow beef jerky seems inappropriate for Easter/Purim but I can make one or two batches in a short amount of time and let the dehydrator do all the work. I guess I’d better go buy some cheap beef – believe it or not, that makes the best jerky.
